Each pillow is made specifically for you. Please allow approximately four weeks for production, depending on fabric availability at the time of order.
Once complete, your pillow will ship via standard delivery. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it leaves the workroom.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping Time: Custom pillows require approximately four weeks for production. Once completed, standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
- Shipping Areas: Complimentary shipping is available within the contiguous United States on orders of $150 or more. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
- Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Requests for an exchange or store credit must be made within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Items must be returned in their original condition and are subject to inspection.
- Please note that additional customizations requested outside the standard size and fabric selections may not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Contact us before ordering if you have questions.
